WHO IS WHO in Foreign Languages Kimberly Jansma Kimberly Jansma is a Lecturer in the Department of French and Francophone Studies. She has a PhD (1987) in Applied Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin. She has published, with a co-author, the textbook Motifs: An Introduction to French and the accompanying workbook, and also of Actualités Vidéo. Her scholarly interests include second language acquisition, content-based instruction, sociolinguistics and technology applied to second language acquisition. E-mail: jansma@humnet.ucla.edu
