Astrid Klocke

Astrid Klocke is the Language Coordinator in the Department of Germanic Languages and also teaches courses in German literature and culture. She has a PhD (2000) in German literature from Indiana University at Bloomington. She received a Lieber Award for distinguished teaching in 1993 and a Teaching Excellence Recognition Award in 1998, both from Indiana University. Dr. Klocke teaches frequently at the Middlebury German Summer School.
