Profiles of UCLA Foreign Language Educators

Roman Koropeckyj

Roman Koropeckyj is Associate Professor of Slavic Languages and Literatures with a Ph.D. from Harvard (1990). He teaches Polish and Ukrainian language and literature as well as Russian literature and Slavic civilization. His scholarly interests include Slavic romanticism and 20th century Polish literature. Prof. Koropeckyj is the co-author (with Robert DeLossa and Robert Romanchuk) of "Balakajmo! A Basic Ukrainian Course for American Students" (forthcoming in the Harvard Series in Ukrainian Studies).
