Persian Language Instruction Initiative
The Program of Iranian Studies has been granted for the academic year 2006/07 an Instructional Improvement Grant form the Office of Instructional Development (OID) towards the development of a web-based interactive database in the service of the Persian language instruction. The first step of the anticipated three-year project shall consist in the digitization and improvement of course readers, used presently in the Persian language instruction, with the purpose of converting them eventually into interactive texts endowed with web-indigenous tools.
