Tarihi da Al'adu

Tarihi da Al'adu comprises about 20 segments discussing history of the Hausas, the history and geography of Kano, the structure of a traditional household, farming, and a number of recreational activities, including wrestling, boxing, and dancing.

Click on the picture to the left to see a clip from K'ofar Shigar Bayajidda, in which the narrator shows the city gate of the walled city of Daura through which the progenitor of the 7 traditional Hausa states, Bayajidda, is said to have first passed on his arrival in what is now Hausaland.
