The complete HAUSAR BAKA course is now available in a five CD set.
Each CD contains:
- Video segments for the Hausar Baka segments in the video group (1. Sassaukar Hausa, 2. Harkokokin Yau da Kullum, 3. Kayayyaki da Sana'o'i, 4. Wasannin Kwaikwayo, 5. Tarihi da Al'adu), digitized as individual QuickTime movies (320 X 240 resolution for easy computer playback)
- Transcripts for the video segments in that group
- Translations in English of the transcripts for the video segments where translations are available.
- Exercises and grammatical explanations from the manual for the video segments in that group, where they are available. All the video lessons for 1. Sassaukar Hausa have full sets of exercises. There are exercises available for selected videos in other groups.
- MP3 audio files for some exercises, particularly those in 1. Sassaukar Hausa
- Supplementary materials for selected video segments, such as games and other multi-media material
Moreover, each CD includes the following items that pertain to the entire Hausar Baka series:
- List of all the videos in the Hausar Baka series with brief explanations of content
- Vocabulary files for all the words that occur in the entire Hausar Baka series
- Pronoun list of all the pronouns in Hausa
- Opening and closing credits from the Hausar Baka videos
- Hausa online grammar: This is a partial grammar of Hausa in html format which you can navigate using your web browser.
