Study commissioned by the New York State Commission on the Cost, Quality and Financing of Elementary and Secondary Education. A comprehensive review of the problems confronting the provision of learning environments of quality in New York State. The Urban Street, 1850-1950: Report commissioned by the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies for the Housing and Urban Development Agency streets research project, 1971. Low rise High Density Housing Study. Research Director for joint UDC, the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies project. 1972.
