The
Clark Library staff reviews all duplication requests. Approved
requests are normally processed in the order received. Please allow
6-8 weeks for your order to be processed.
The
Clark makes every attempt to accommodate copying requests, but
making copies is inherently stressful to the originals. Consequently,
limits have been established to balance researchers' needs and
our obligation to preserve these special materials. Photocopy,
photography, microfilm, and audiovisual requests are accepted pending
review of the following criteria:
Physical
condition of materials.
Copyright
restrictions: see also the UCLA Library Copyright Policy
(http://www.library.ucla.edu/copyright/index.html)
Donor
Agreements
Amount
and nature of materials requested for duplication.
The
Clark prepares all approved photographic and microfilm requests
and the work is completed on campus at at UCLA's Southern Regional
Library Facility. You can check this link for prices (http://www.srlf.ucla.edu/pi/PriceList.aspx).
