The Center for Digital Humanities (CDH) offers a variety of resources to help instructors and TAs with their computing and instructional technology needs.

CDH Help Desk: Contact the Help Desk (206-1414 or cdh@humnet.ucla.edu) for help with your humnet account, software and hardware installation, upgrade, and configuration issues.

DTA Program and Technical Support : Contact your Departmental Technical Analyst (DTA) for assistance with hardware and software. DTAs provide dedicated technical support to the Humanities Administrative Units for faculty and staff office needs.

ITC Program and Instructional Technoglogy Support : Contact your Instructional Technology Consultant (ITC) for assistance with Ecampus class websites, scanning documents and images, digitizing media for classroom or web delivery, and other instructional technology needs.

Foreign Language Resources and Foreign Language ITC: Contact the Foreign Language Instructional Technology Coordinator (FLITC), Ted Liu, to discuss foreign language resources, instructional technology implementation or project development for foreign language courses. His email address is ted@humnet.ucla.edu.

CHD & Campus Computer Labs: CDH Labs are open to all UCLA students during drop-in hours, but instructors can also reserve time for occasional or regular class meetings. The Computer Labs page also describes other computing facilities available on campus.

CDH Supported Projects: Every year, CDH collaborates with faculty, graduate students and staff of the Humanities Division in the development of instructional, research, and administrative projects. You can learn about current projects and the application process on this page.

Instructional Technology Workshops: ITCs can offer workshops on a variety of topics. You can schedule one-on-one training, small group sessions, or larger workshops (up to 20 people). The Workshop page lists several commonly requested topics, as well as other campus organizations that offer training workshops. If you don't see what you're interested in, please contact your ITC to request it. Most workshops are for faculty, but ITCs are also available to assist with training students if you are conducting sessions in a lab.
