English Composition 120A-B and English Composition 130A-B: Pedagogy Courses

Course Description: 
The 120 courses address language study issues relevant to prospective teachers of elementary and secondary schools (language acquistion, attitudes towards language, analysis of writing required in schools). The 130 courses offer focus on compostion studies of elementary and secondary school teachers. All of the pedagogy courses offer an optional field studies component. And all attend closely to student writing.

  • This courses for elementary school teachers (120A and 130A) are required courses for students in the Diversified Liberal Arts Program--DLAP.
