English Composition 3 and 3H: English Composition, Rhetoric, And Language

Course Description: 
English Composition 3 presses forward the concerns of English Composition 2 with increasingly challenging readings and assignments. It requires close analysis of the sorts of texts students are likely to encounter in their general education coursework. English Composition 3H is reserved for students in the Honor's Program. To enroll in a section of English Composition 3H, students must call the Writing Programs office at 310-206-1145 and provide proof of honors status.

Notes:
  • Prerequisites: Satisfaction of the Subject A requirement 
  • Completion of this course with  a grade of C or better satisfies English Composition/Writing I requirement.
