| English-Composition Courses Required by Majors and Minors
Many of Writing Programs courses fulfill the requirements of departmental majors and minors. See below for a partial listing of majors and minors requiring Writing Programs' courses. All inquiries about such major/minor Eng-Comp requirements should be made to an academic advisor in the counseling office of the major/minor’s academic department as noted below. Economics Sociology Advising, 254E Haines Hall, 310-825-1215 Students may take any upper division English Composition class to fulfill the Sociology major's writing requirement. The classes include: English Composition 100W, English Composition 110, English Composition 129A-D, English Composition 130A-D, English Composition 131A-D, and English Composition 132A-D.
