Request a Password Reset for Ecampus
Use this form to request a password reset for your Ecampus account. If you forget your password or experience unusual login errors, Ecampus support staff will reset your password to the default value for your type of account and notify you when it is ready (learn more about password settings: student, TA, faculty).
Before reporting a login error or requesting a password reset (1) ensure you have been officially enrolled through the Registrar in the course you're trying to access for at least 24 hours and (2) review the appropriate login instructions (student, TA, faculty).
Reminder: Student and TA access to course sites isn't enabled until the week before instruction begins.
