What was created is a container of voice messages. Right now, this container is empty. We will now record a voice message.
Click on the title of the voice recorder you just created.
Go to Settings.
Choose the audio quality and maximum audio message length that is appropriate for your purpose.
Click Apply
Go to Voice recorder/Voice player.
Enter a Message ID (mid). This ID will be associated with this particular recording you are going to make.
A mid cannot start with a period or have a space, two periods in a row, or slashes.
Examples of valid mids: news.9.10.06, eng.listening.4
The use of periods allows you to create a hierarchy of voice messages. The following example shows you how mids with periods are organized on wimba.
To record a voice message, click Record a message. A recorder component will appear.
Click to start recording a message. Click to stop. Click to listen to the recorded message.

Currently, the ecampus and humnet domains are registered with Horizon Wimba. If this doesn't suit your needs, please contact your ITC.
