Image of Farsi in use around Los Angeles

David uses the word doozandegi (sewing, tailoring) instead of xayyati, as the other tailor does (cf. Malek). The Farsi text is in very clear, balanced script. The name "David" is written Dayvid, in anglicized Farsi; "Davood" is the version of this name more commonly encountered in Iran.
